Raising Resilient Children Foundation

The Raising Resilient Children Foundation through the Resilience Project disseminates information to assist adults to raise, support, and develop stress hardy children.

Raising. The process of nurturing and preparing children for adulthood.

Resilient. A quality conveyed through feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that facilitates the ability to overcome adversity.

Children. Birth through adolescence.

Foundation. Founded by psychologists Drs. Robert Brooks and Sam Goldstein, based upon a research proven framework for fostering resilience and hope in children.

Seeks to disseminate. The Foundation is dedicated to providing practical guidance.

Information. Current, scientifically validated knowledge about child rearing.

To assist adults. Parents, teachers, educators, and mental health and other professionals.

To raise, support, and develop stress hardy children. Children capable of facing and overcoming adversity, able to meet life’s challenges with thoughtfulness, confidence, purpose, hope, and empathy.
