broadened to include our adult lives. The book describes
what each of us can do to break through existing psychological
or emotional barriers to achieve success and happiness.
The ways in which people sabotage themselves personally
and professionally as well as how negative scripts can
lead to hopelessness, depression, and anxiety is explored.
